Saudi father arrested for allowing daughter to hang outside of moving car

A Saudi father has been arrested for allowing his daughter to hang onto the side of his car whilst driving at 100kph.

The video went viral and many Twitter users criticised the father for putting his young daughter’s life in jeopardy.
