Saudi consumers still spending despite oil price slump

Bloomberg TV report that Saudi Arabians are still spending money despite the worldwide slump in oil prices.  Emad Mostaque reports that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has almost no debt, only running a 20% GDP budget this year.

Emad Mostaque predicts “a lot less spending” but an “increase in real estate spending” for fellow oil exporters in the Gulf.
