Saudi’s Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said that the Syrian government has refused to cooperate with the U.N. envoy at the Syria peace talks and blames them for their suspension.
Jubeir also told a news conference in Riyadh that Russia had begun to intensify their airstrikes in order to provoke the Syrian opposition.
