Prince Faisal bin Bandar recently received in his office Riyadh police officers who paid him a courtesy call.
The Riyadh governor complimented the police officers for their efforts in maintaining peace and security, saying that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Naif appreciate what the military has been doing in keeping the Kingdom secure.
For his part, Maj. Gen. Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Hilal, Riyadh region police chief, thanked the Riyadh governor for his support, which encourages them to do their best in maintaining peace and order as well as in countering violence.
It will be recalled that Syrian Yasser Mohammed Shafiq Al Barazi and a Filipino, Lady Gioi Aban Bali Nang, were recently arrested in Al Fayah district for manufacturing suicide bomb belts in the Saudi capital.
The reception was attended by Abdullah Al-Qarni, undersecretary of the Emirate of Riyadh, and Sahmi bin Shoimi, special adviser and general supervisor of the Office of the Governor of Riyadh, among others.
