Two schools were hit with missiles launched from Yemen on Monday morning. Jazan Border Guards spokesman Capt. Hasan Al-Qisaibi said Mousa Bin Nussair Primary School for Boys and Al-Andalus Middle School for Boys were hit by missile launched from Yemen by the Houthis.
During the past period, 11 schools were hit making it dangerous for students to attend school.
He added the Border Guards located the base for launching missiles. The base had around 50 Houthis and they were all dispersed after the counter-attack. The Border Guards increased their security around schools to ensure the safety of students.
