King, deputy send condolences to China blast victims

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif have sent telegrams of condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping, expressing their grief at the deaths of more than 100 people following explosions at an industrial site in that country.
They also sent condolences to Indian President Pranab Mukherjee on the recent death of former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
King Salman said: “With extreme pain, we received the news of the explosion in the port city of Tianjin and the resulting deaths and injuries. We send to you and to the families of the victims, and to the people of your country, on behalf of the people and the government of Saudi Arabia, our deep condolences and sympathy, and wish those injured a speedy recovery.”
Prince Mohammad bin Naif said: “With deep sorrow, I received the news of the explosion and the deaths and injuries. I send to you and to the families of the victims and the people of China our condolences and sympathy.”
In his message to Mukherjee, King Salman said: “We received with pain the news of death of his excellency the former president of India APJ Abdul Kalam. We send to you in the name of the people and the government of Saudi Arabia, and on behalf of us to you and to the bereaved family and to the government and people of India, our deep condolences and sincerest sympathy, and wish you good health.”
Prince Mohammed said: “I extend to your excellency and to the government and people of India and the bereaved family my deepest condolences and most sincere sympathy, wishing you good health and happiness.”
